First, download the Gero Dashboard wallet extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once you have your wallet set up, you can order your Gero Card directly from within the dashboard. Virtual cards are available instantly, while physical cards ship within 7-10 business days.
Currently, the Gero Card supports ADA (Cardano). Support for additional Cardano native tokens is coming soon. When you top up your card, ADA is automatically converted to EUR at competitive market rates.
Until June 1st, 2026, there are ZERO fees for topping up, paying, or withdrawing from ATMs as part of our launch promotion. After that, you can hold $GERO tokens to enjoy fee waivers: Baby Gero (€15) for basic benefits, Gero Pro (€50) for EU/INT POS fee waivers, or Gerobanga! (€200) for all fees waived. Standard fees apply for currency conversion outside the EUR zone.

Yes! You can withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide wherever Mastercard is accepted. ATM withdrawals are included in the zero-fee promotion until June 1st, 2026. Check with your local ATM operator for any fees they may charge.
You can instantly freeze your card directly from the Gero Dashboard with a single click. Once frozen, no transactions can be made. You can then order a replacement card, and any remaining balance will be transferred to your new card.
